The study aimed to find out the impact of electronic human resource management practices on organization's performance in Greater Amman Municipality. sample was selected from Municipality employees. used analytical descriptive methodology
 A simple random sampling used. consisted 243 Employees. self-administrated questionnaire designed according research objectives and hypotheses. validated before distribution collect data. collected data analyzed through using AMOS. concluded that resources organization’s performance. e-HRM has a significant effect competitive advantages same time, E-HRM also organizational Competitive advantage an it mediates relation between recommends top must understand mechanism behind how they can manage their achieve organization for better productivity municipality is advised use available tools employing new workers, whom turn tasks entrusted them good manner which its will be reflected positively completive
